The 12-Week Transformation Journey
This is not a workout plan. It is a complete rebuilding of your relationship with your body, your habits, and the natural world, all at once, all together, over twelve weeks of close, personalized work.
Most programs hand you a template and wish you luck. This is the opposite of that. Everything is built around you: your life, your starting point, your goals, and the specific adventures and experiences you want your body to be ready for.
What we work on together
Strength training that goes somewhere. Your custom program is built on fundamental movement patterns, the way your body was designed to push, pull, hinge, carry, and move through the world. Every exercise has a purpose beyond the gym. You are not training to look different in a mirror. You are training to carry a pack up a mountain, keep up with people you love, and feel capable in your own skin.
The six foundations of whole-systems health. Real, lasting change doesn’t come from one good habit. It comes from building all of them together. We work through hydration, movement, sleep, nutrition, protein, and recovery, not as a rigid protocol, but as a personalized process that meets you exactly where you are and builds from there.
Nature immersion, woven through every week. This is not a bonus or an afterthought. Time in nature is a core part of your training. We build it into your week intentionally, with guidance on how to use it, because a strong body and a connected life are not separate goals. They are the same goal.
Weekly 1:1 coaching calls. Every week we meet, assess, adjust, and plan. You are never guessing what to do next or figuring it out alone. I am with you the whole way.
Community and accountability. You are joining a group of women who are doing this same hard, meaningful work. The community is built on real accountability and genuine support, not comparison, not competition.
Who this is for
This is for the woman who loves the outdoors but doesn’t know how to make it part of her training. The woman who is tired of fitness culture telling her what her body should look like.
